I was wondering if anyone know a good farm for a Bo Staff. I'm looking to get one for my mesmer.

Supposedly Minister Cho's Estate (explorable) in HM (according to the wiki talk page).

Minister Cho's Explorable HM, Minister Cho mission HM, Jade Brotherhood Knights outside Marketplace, and Luxon Assassins in Halcyon Job are some of the best options imo.

That might be true for whites and purples but the mythical gold staffs are rare let alone finding a good req and 20/10 let alone 20/20.

I 600 noob island in Faction's and have had a maybe 3-4 gold max bo-staffs for my Ritualist in 2 years.........they are definitely rare. Another idea for getting that elusive staff is to chest run in Nahpui, my guild member just got a q13 20/20 dom gold max Bo-Staff that way. Feel free to chat me in game and Fallen(Zidane) you are the man, glad to see you back in GW.

From chests near Am Fah in pongmei valley.. in the sewer area or near the boss xuekao the deceptive..

Word of warning though - they are really rare!

Feather farm Jaya Bluffs in HM, I have had several gold bo staves drop on that farm, but none of them ever had the right req/mods to be valuable. Oh well, at least you get feathers and about 6 gold items per run, plus one or two chests to pop along the way.

I've gotten loads of 20/10 bo staves and terrible combinations of mods usually.
The r9 divine 19% hct prot still made me some money, and r9 earth 20/10 was worth a bit.

Am Fah and Jade Brotherhood Knights in Pongmei Valley sometimes drop Bo staves...but u must be lucky to get oe with good stats..

U can farm them in HM with a 330hp ritu quite easily if u are used to the build. U can also kill the assassin boss and the his spawning crew, just don't get on the traps and try killing the necros and monk first

Also, most Jade Knights and Am Fah in Kaineng have some chance to drop them

Thanks for your help guys, I'll give it a try. Say Tender, do you know any dervish builds that could do that in HM. I got one that clears the entire valley except plauge and yeti's. But thats in NM XD

This is false, I got it in Pongmei, and it dropped from a Jade Brotherhood chest which was tied to a warrior group, just if it interests anyone.

I've had multiple Bo and Dragon staffs drop in Pongmei, all from Jade Brotherhood, none from Am Fah tbh. All were shit apart from that one though.

Only Bo staff I've ever had which was a gold q13 fire 20/10 I got a couple weeks ago by 55'ing minister cho's estate in HM They are definitely rare as hell as gold with 1/2 way decent mods
